Parmesan Crumb Prawns
Ingredients
50g Perfect Italiano Parmesan Shredded Cheese
200g Japanese breadcrumbs
400g prawns, peeled and deveined
50g plain flour
2 eggs
25 x 10cm bamboo skewers
juice from 1 lemon
50ml olive oil
tabasco sauce
1 sprig parsley, finely chiffonade
sea salt
Perfect Italiano Parmesan
Method
Mix Perfect Italiano Parmesan Shredded Cheese and bread crumbs together.
Crumb prawns using flour, eggs and bread crumbs and skewer.
Deep fry until lightly golden.
In shot glass, layer lemon juice, olive oil, a few drops of tabasco sauce, parsley and sprinkle with sea salt.
Lay prawn skewer over shot glass and serve.
Variation :
Add herbs to crumb.
Replace prawns with other seafood such as fish fillets.
