Celery and Walnut Open Sandwich
Ingredients
1 baguette
8 Mainland Swiss Slices
2 sticks celery
50g crushed walnuts
50g seeded mustard
Mainland Swiss
Method
Slice baguette on an angle and place on tray. Spread mustard, then sliced celery and roughly chopped walnuts evenly.
Cover with Mainland Swiss Slices and gratinate on grill for 3 minutes or until golden. Alternatively, cook in oven for 4 minutes at 190°C.
Variation :
May also be served cold.
