Tuna, Chive and Pea Tart
220g frozen short crust pastry case, thawed
1 egg, lightly beaten
100ml Anchor Cooking Cream
1 tspn wholegrain mustard
185g tuna or salmon, drained
100g frozen peas
100g Mainland Shredded Mozzarella
1 tblsp finely snipped chives
salt and pepper
Anchor Culinary CreamMainland Mozzarella
Prick pastry case all over with a fork. Bake at 200°C for 5-8 minutes or until just golden.
Whisk together the eggs and Anchor Cooking Cream and stir in mustard, tuna, peas, Mainland Shredded Mozzarella and chives. Season to taste and pour into pastry case.
Bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes or until the filling is set and golden. Slice and serve warm or cold.
