Roast Pumpkin Bruschetta
Ingredients
350g pumpkin cubes
100g semidried tomatoes
1/4 bunch basil
180g Perfect Italiano Pizza Plus Shredded Cheese
breadsticks
Perfect Italiano Pizza Plus
Method
Roast 350g pumpkin cubes at 160°C, then add 100g cup semi-dried tomato and 1/4 bunch cup basil.
Toast eight breadstick slices, top with 180g Perfect Italiano Pizza Plus Shredded Cheese and grill. Add pumpkin mix and serve.
