Cakes, Muffins and Biscuits

250g Western Star Salted Butter
250g dark chocolate
1 ½ cups recently boiled water
1tbspn whiskey
190g sugar
190g self raising flour
30g cocoa powder
2 organic eggs
½ tsp vanilla paste
Western Star Salted Butter
Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
Melt butter in a saucepan. Once melted add the chocolate and water and stir until melted. Add the whiskey and sugar. Remove from heat.
In a separate bowl sift the flour and cocoa together. Beat into the melted chocolate mixture. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
Pour into a greased and lined 22cm round cake tin and bake for approximately 1 hour.
