Buttered Asparagus
1 bunch asparagus, white
1 bunch asparagus, green
50g Western Star Salted Butter
salt, to season
cracked pepper, to season

Trim, peel and wash asparagus.
Blanch the aspargus in a boiling pot of salted water, refresh in cold water and drain well. Set aside until ready to serve.
Heat a pan large enough to fit asparagus and melt butter. Add asparagus and toss through for 1 to 2 minutes.
Season to taste.
Using tongs, serve asparagus and drizzle a little of the butter from the pan over the top.
